What this job is about:

In this role, you’ll be the key connection between Poki and our most strategic game developers, such as Sybo, Fingersoft, Madbox, and many more. You’ll analyze game performance, define partnership roadmaps, and collaborate with teams across the company to ensure seamless communication and alignment. As the main point of contact for developers, you’ll drive their success through personalized support, education on Poki’s tools, and strategic insights.

This is a dynamic role where you’ll have the opportunity to blend data analysis, relationship management, and industry expertise to make a meaningful impact on not just Poki’s growth but the growth and success of multiple game developers as well.

Your challenge as a Developer Relations Manager:

  • Build Strong Developer Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for top developers of various backgrounds, fostering trust and aligning their goals with Poki’s.
  • Analyze Developer Performance: Assess game data to provide insights and recommend strategies for improving engagement, revenue, and player experience within a developer’s game catalog.
  • Plan for Strategic Account Growth: Create tailored roadmaps for developer success, identifying opportunities and helping developers reach their utmost potential.
  • Drive Hit Game Creation: Support developers in building hit games by sharing insights, gaming trends, and Poki platform expertise.
  • Collaborate and Advocate for Game Developers: Work closely with internal teams to represent developer needs to ensure we’re evolving our offering in line with broader game development trends.

You:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in account management, developer relations, or a similar role, ideally within the gaming industry (e.g., game development, publishing, or platform partnerships).
  • Excel at building and managing relationships with partners, inspiring trust, and aligning goals.
  • Are skilled in analyzing data to make strategic recommendations that drive performance and growth.
  • Understand the gaming industry, including market trends, developer challenges, and player behavior.
  • Have excellent communication skills and are able to connect with developers of various backgrounds and skill levels.
  • Are organized and efficient, capable of prioritizing tasks and focusing on high-impact opportunities.
